After more than twenty years, we have made the difficult decision to close Nivia Maison permanently. The maison closes on August 30, 2026. Everything still in stock is listed here, at its final price, and we are not restocking.
Can I still return an order after you close?
Yes. Every order placed while the store is open keeps its full 30-day return window, and that window is honoured even if it ends after the closing date. Our returns address stays active for that period.
How long does shipping take?
Orders leave within 1–2 business days. Delivery is typically 5–12 business days depending on your country. Shipping is free worldwide, with no minimum.
Will the pieces be restocked?
No. What you see is what is left. Once a colour or a model sells out, it is gone. That is what makes this the final collection rather than a sale.
How do the discounts work?
Every price shown is already the final price. On top of that, buying more applies an extra reduction automatically at checkout: 15% on two bags, 20% on three, 25% on four or more. No code needed.
How do I care for the leather?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth and keep the bag away from prolonged direct sun. Store it stuffed and upright in its dust bag so the shape holds.
