Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer — we will always keep you informed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

4. Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to become active.

Nivia Maison is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

We will investigate with the carrier and ensure a resolution — whether that means locating your parcel, sending a replacement, or issuing a refund.
